The idea of business succession planning can create a sense of fear for business owners and communities. Sharing of resources and building supportive relationships can help calm those fears and encourage success. Cathy Enerson, Community and Business Development Specialist and Economic Development Director, joins us for this episode to discuss how the community of Spring Valley, Minnesota worked together to create a program to help business owners look towards the future.
