It’s been a minute since we dropped a podcast... and not because we were sipping cocktails on the beach in Thailand (I wish 🤪).

We’ve been balls deep in finishing the last bit of development for our app (so stoked it's finished and it's fucking amazing we've been getting so much great feedback from clients as well as amazing results), supporting our 28 Day Challenge ladies, and coaching the hell out of our 1-on-1 and group clients.

Because at the end of the day our clients always come first.
