#343 - From Hormonal Chaos to Lean & Strong at 44: Irene’s Perimenopause Transformation with Irene Laney

Irene came to us at 44, a chef, yoga instructor, business owner, and completely overwhelmed.
✔️ She moved her body constantly between the kitchen and yoga, she wasn’t sedentary and felt like she was eating healthy
But here’s what was really going on behind the scenes:
❌ She couldn’t stop gaining weight
❌ Her body felt soft, inflamed, and unfamiliar
❌ Her IUD masked her cycle but the rage, hot flashes, and exhaustion were driving her mad!
She told me:
“I felt like I was outside of my own body. I couldn’t stop the anger. I was bleeding for months. I didn’t even know when I was cycling anymore. I just wanted my boys to still like me, and my husband to still want to be around me.”
