ABOUT SHANE THOMAS
Shane is a Canadian-born real estate entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Catalyst Equity Partners. He is also a Co-Founder of CEP Construction Services, a multifamily construction and rehab company. Shane leads the acquisitions, financing, asset management, and investor relations efforts at Catalyst. Shane leverages his expertise in large-scale project management, analytics, and process improvement to ensure Catalyst’s processes are best-in-class.
Shane is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, Illinois) and Chartered Accountant (CA, Canada). Shane has a bachelor of Mathematics degree and a Master of Accounting degree from The University of Waterloo located in Ontario, Canada. Shane resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and three daughters.
