It seems like everyone is stepping back and taking stock of the conflict between Canada and the US. Trying to gauge how it's going to affect them from a personal and business standpoint. We already invited Barrie's Mayor Alex Nuttall in before the election to talk about the spinoffs for our city.

2) Mortgage renewal stresses
Four or five years ago we saw some very low mortgage rates, which prompted a lot of people to take out mortgages. Well, those mortgages are coming up for renewal now and people are worried. The main concern is how they are going to stay afloat and keep their homes.
