This faithful servant of the Lord, as result of his stand, was sentenced to a total of over 12 years in jail on two different occasions. But the time of his suffering bore much fruit – he gave the world his most famous work, Pilgrim’s Progress, which ranks as the second most known (and read) book in the world for the past 350 years...
