Today’s guest is Jennifer Chipa, a mental health, well-being and resilience coach for immigrants and refugees. With certifications and experience in mental health coaching, she uses evidence-based techniques to address stress, anxiety, and trauma, and build emotional resilience to help them achieve their goals. Aside from her coaching work, Jennifer also contributes to mental health projects, and she is a representative on the Migrant Mental Health Task Force of Europe.
