It can be so easy to bypass the joy of relief — we’re all busy, with a lot to do and think about. We seek the feeling of relief, and yet, when it comes, we tend to miss it — in favour of whatever comes next, or some other thing we have to worry over. But with a bit of practice, you can catch that feeling of relief as it happens, and savour the moment — and bring more peace into your life and relationships. In today's episode we walk through some relief techniques and skills we've grown to be with the feeling of relief for longer than we previously thought possible.
