I'm feeling the autumn weather, sort of. lol. In Hotlanta, we get a lot of start to feel like fall... then in a day or so the temperatures are in the high 90's.
I love to take walks and watch the geese flying overhead. Hearing them honk makes me smile!
There is something about this time of the year that makes me want to settle down and slow down.
I hope you enjoy my Settling Down meditation where you will use a self-massage, breathing and affirming phrases to bring your body to a calmer state.
