Recently, the Connecticut Department of Transportation entered an agreement with the US DOT that will mean a quicker turnaround to complete transportation projects in our state. We got more clarity on how it works and why it’s a significant deal, effective immediately, from CT DOT Commissioner, Garrett Eucalitto.
