Mitchell is a highly regarded winemaker who made a name for himself at a young age. He quickly rose in his career and became a winemaker at Marynissen Estates in Ontario within just one year of starting there. His story in winemaking started at Cassaba Vineyards, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of the wine industry. Before graduating, he ventured to Quailsgate in British Columbia for a co-op position and completed three vintages in the cellar. However, it was at Meredith and Estates that he discovered his passion. Despite initial apprehension, he embraced the winemaker role with determination and his team's guidance.
