I share a personal story and experience with my daughter in supporting her anxiety and worries. A story I feel we can all take wisdom and gold from both as parents, caregivers, friends, family members, space holders and beyond. But also and most importantly for ourselves. I also share: Releasing our attachment to control and to the future image that we are painting in our mind Opening up to the possibility that it could be better than expected Feeling into the anxiety that we are the makers of and questioning its origins and the stories behind it all.
