Today, we talk about grief - in all of its stages and strange forms. With none other than the really fantastic Stacey Heale, whose husband Greg Gilbert died three years ago.

For a show about death, there's a lot of laughter. And some tears. But you've come to expect no less, of course.

Stacey talks us deftly through parenting, money worries, thoughts about dating, and the 'forest of support' which surrounded her following Greg's death. The reality of carrying on alone into these years and the questions and struggles which follow; from thoughts about the afterlife to managing your children's pain, is all explored here.
