In today’s episode, we’re looking at the life of Peter, the disciple who literally stepped out of the boat in faith... and what his story teaches us about leadership, fear, and trusting God even when we feel unready.

Peter wasn’t the most polished or perfect leader. He doubted. He failed. He struggled with fear.
And yet, Jesus still called him — not because Peter was flawless, but because he was willing to say yes.

If you've been hesitating to step into the leadership role God is calling you to, this episode will encourage you: you don’t have to be perfect — you just have to step out of the boat.

Reflection:
  • Where are you hesitating in your leadership calling?

  • What fears or failures are holding you back?

  • What would it look like to surrender your reluctance and trust God to empower you?
