We all have those days (or weeks) where it feels like nothing is going our way. Last week was one of those weeks for me. I had lost my car keys on my trip to Arizona and spent the whole week frustrated that I could not happen. Here are 3 things I did to get myself out of the negativity of last week: 🔑Recognized that I was in a slump. I knew my situation was temporary and therefore I knew eventually there would be a resolution. 🔑 Communicated my feelings and outlined expectations with my friends and family. 🔑 Put a time limit on how long I was going to allow this situation to affect me. *** I will be going Instagram live every Thursday at 9 PM to record Real Talk.
