As the internet has become more and more prevalent in our society, there's been a big debate on college and if the price matches up with the value. Personally, as a first generation American my parents always viewed college as the gateway to a better life. Now with social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube, more and more internet savvy teens are deciding to start their own businesses instead of studying business in college. Whether you believe in college or not, one thing is for sure: going to class and getting good grades is not enough. If you're passionate about a given field than you have to gain the real-world experience outside the classroom. This can be done through internships, part-time jobs, or creating your own projects. For me, that meant running 6 different social media accounts at once to figure out how to create good, compelling content. ❓What's your opinion on college? Send me a DM and let me know!
