As working moms it’s hard to find any time to build your own support network. Between kids needs and activities, finding people to lean on can seem like an insurmountable task you just don’t have time for. But on today’s episode, you’ll hear from my guest Michelle Pecak, as she explains how we’re too busy NOT to have a tribe and a village to lean on - and how networking can create unexpected joy and friendships.

We're covering a variety of topics on today's show:

*Managing career transitions

*How to build your own community of working moms

*Insight on picking efforts that align with your purpose in order to increase joy

*Why saying "yes" isn't always a bad thing
