The horror is wrapped in an extremely solid Western deftly acted by a tremendous cast. It's also absolutely insane and will have you peeking through the gap in your fingers more than once.
Take any movie about a posse heading out of town to rescue one of their own, mix it with a good dose of The Hills Have Eyes, and throw in a generous pinch of body horror and you're in for a horror movie marathon gem that nobody will see coming.
