Bullying can come in different forms. Some you recognize outright, other forms are so subtle you don't recognize it until it's real and in your face. Some people appoint different names to it: Teasing, The Dozens, Shade, etc. No matter the term, when it's consistently hurtful and damaging (this can be mentally, emotionally, or physically) it can be called a form of bullying.
