This has been a trying year. But, instead of focusing on what's not working let's take some time to focus on what has been working well in 2020. If you take the time to focus on the good, you'll see there are many great things that have come out of 2020.
In this episode I'm sharing some of those things in my own personal life.
I'm also sharing 5 habits you can start today to finish 2020 strong and start 2021 even Stronger.
5 Habits start today to end 2020 the way you want to start 2021.
- Create a space for Brainstorming your 2021 goals. Design or create a space for your brainstorming and goal planning. Use one notebook, file etc and keep all your brainstorming and goal work in one place.
- Narrow down your brainstorming to 3-6 things that create a spark in you.
- Begin researching these 3-6 topics that spark your interest
- Schedule time in your week and preferably daily for slowing down for self care. Taking care of yourself.
- Seek out the help you need. The internet and google are two great places to start this search
