Things get a bit ghoulish when Jon RETURNS to Fallout 3 and the Capital Wasteland to atone for Yukkerella’s recent crimes by having her broker a deal between the oft-snotty residents of Tenpenny Tower, a.k.a. the most racist people alive, and a nearby gang of train tunnel-dwelling ghouls led by Roy Philips, a.k.a. sweet innocent angels who could do no wrong.
