As most bikes get returned in the first 30 days under our satisfaction policy most show little to no sign of use. Our techs receive the returned bike and go thru an intensive inspection of all parts and frame. Once parts are replaced and tuned up they get certified and put into the refurbished line on the webstore. A great value for anyone wanting to save a bit of money and still get a great riding folding bike.
