Born and raised in Chicago Illianoi our guest has an incredible story to share with us all today. Wayne is Somatic a Release Breathwork Practicioner, embodiment coach and faciliator for the global men’s group The Sacred Sons. His way of living led to the failure of a marriage of 11 years - at 36 years old he was divorced and witnessed the loss of everything he's built up until that point. However, that was the spark that lit a fire into Wayne's heart and spirit. That's when he really started diving inwards.
