There are fewer more human and humbling experiences then struggling with addiction .

Nearly everyone listening to this podcast either has struggled with addiction or has a loved one or friend that has struggled or struggles with addiction.

I wanted to bring this topic to my listeners so we can understand more. Like what is the differences and similarities between process addictions (like social media, porn, etc.) and substance addictions. Also what are the various approaches to addressing addiction.

More, we discuss the link between trauma and addiction.

Finally, I felt it was important to discuss loved ones and caregivers and their involvement in the process.
