Happy New Year! Many of us are setting goals and reevaluating personal routines as we move into 2023. So what better way to start than with a conversation about creating a framework for achieving fitness and health with our friend Adam Kerley.

Adam is a physical therapist, athletic trainer, and certified strength and conditioning specialist who has worked with collegiate and professional athletes across multiple sports. When he isn’t making his 4th appearance on our podcast, he spends much of his time traveling with professional golfers on the PGA Tour.
