We as men are hearing a reoccurring theme: asking for help is a strength, not a weakness. And while this can be empowering for some, it can also feel like another task or a representation that we are never doing enough + not doing a good job. So what do we do? How do we navigate the knowing that asking for support is a good thing while it feels so uncomfortable?
