I'm totally beside my self this week.... it's so normal and so surreal all at the same time.
I am delighted to be joined by Ciarán Mac Dáibhí.
The man has seen it all!
From fleeing his family home in Belfast at 10 years of age only to be a refugee in Dublin. The getting locked up in the H blocks alongside some of the most famous names we know today from the troubles in the north east 6 counties of Ireland. Teaching Irish to fellow prisoners through the cell door or out the window. To now being a UCC (University College Cork) and working in other Universities around the world.
Ciarán is an exceptionally kind and gentle man and I have the pleasure of having him on this week.
