On this week’s Yes Mujer Build It, I was invited to join Xochitl Carmona, host of the Werk Mija Podcast, to talk about how I use action-based coaching to teach clients to manage their brains and create the results they want in life!
Xochitl is the founder of Werk Mija, an apparel & accessories brand for Latinas who unapologetically celebrate their culture through empowering & relatable messages.
We discussed my experience with the American Dream and my journey into coaching. I also shared the reason why I coach Latinas and my commitment to teaching powerful tools to our community.
I explain the difference between therapy and coaching from my perspective and use some examples of how I have overcome limiting beliefs.
I talk about the impact I make with my students! And we start the conversation off by talking about my astrological signs.
