Tune in to the podcast this week and learn my process around creating and executing goals.

I have a process that will help you identify your #1 goal for the year, then I help you reframe the goal with a statement that feels good to you and then we create your blueprint for achieving the goal.

Just the word goal can be repulsive to some people and then they resist creating any intention or doing new things.

I would invite you to think about a goal any way you want. You don't even have to call it a goal, it could just be 'something I want to do this year.'

We all have hopes and dreams and ideas about things we want.

What are yours? Start there. Make a list. What is on your list for things you want or to achieve that you haven't yet...

It's fun to dream about this. Don't worry about how you will do it. Let your dreams and ideas have some attention.

I'll guide you the rest of the way through this process and you'll be off to the races feeling good about moving forward towards your goals, dreams or desires!

2025 can be a magical year for you if you put some thought and intention and focus around what you WANT!
