Kitanators we are back! As the season is drawing to a close I wanted discuss a topic which I have wanted to touch on for a while. Too many of us feel as though we are behind in life. What does that even mean? Behind who? By who's standards? In this episode of Self Interrupted I'm discussing why I believe that it's actually a good thing to be behind in life and how that it can liberate you to let go.
