Hey UN•THERAPIST,
We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...
The greatest forces behind a narrative are the people who are pushing it. But are the people who carry those narratives really affected by them? Or are they helping to perpetuate a cycle that doesn't really exist?
Now, there is no question that you don't have to be directly affected by a narrative to be impacted by it, but one has to wonder, should we do some personal inventory on these "shared" stories & experiences before passing them on to someone else? Are some of these things the reason we have deficiencies in our mental wealth banks?
Well, have no fear, UN•THERAPY family. We also have our guest UN•THERAPIST here with us, P. Simon, to share some of her resources that can help address some of the concerns these "negative" narratives may bring & position us to redirect that energy toward where we want to be.
Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE giving grace in the service industry abandoned narratives within our communities, & resources that contribute to creating progressive positive mental health habits.
