In this episode of The Daryl Perry Podcast, I’m asking you one simple question that has the power to shift everything for you. How do you want to feel? Not what you’ve been told to chase. Not the goals others have set for you. But you. Deep down. What do you actually want your day-to-day experience to feel like?
We talk a lot about living an inside-out life, where you're building your foundation from who you are and how you want to live. But it all starts with knowing what you’re moving toward. Whether it’s peace, happiness, confidence, excitement, or calm, you get to choose. And once you know what that feeling is, it becomes easier to recalibrate when life throws things off.
I also share my own barometer — aiming to feel aligned about eighty five percent of the time. Not perfection, not all-or-nothing. Just enough to be in tune and know when I’m drifting. That kind of awareness gives you the ability to respond instead of react. And it helps you build a life that truly feels like yours.
So today’s episode is short and reflective. I encourage you to check in with yourself. Journal if it helps. Pause for a minute and really think about how you want to feel in your life. Because that clarity is what makes sustainable change possible.
