First of all, I think I’m a bit of a hypno-geek at heart. I live, breathe, and speak hypnosis all the time. Honestly, my kids and my husband probably think there’s something wrong with me! But the truth is, this work lights me up. After more than 30 years, I still love driving to work just as much as I did on my very first day.
In this episode, I’m sharing how I work holistically with addiction clients—especially those wanting to break free from smoking, vaping, or other habits that have taken over their lives.
Because here’s the thing… addiction isn’t always what we think. Sure, it can be smoking or alcohol, but it can also be a mindset. A way of being. A story we’ve carried since we were seven years old, telling ourselves we aren’t good enough.
