This past weekend I got into a conversation about aesthetics, and how it evolves with us overtime and we express ourselves this way. I've been meaning to record this for months, so here is a quick episode... there may be more coming if you like this!
Have you ever felt like your wardrobe didn’t match who you were becoming? In this short solo episode, I share how my aesthetic has evolved over the years—and what that says about identity, embodiment, and self-expression. From feeling lost in my style to curating a Pinterest board that helped me find direction, this is about more than just clothes. It’s about becoming.

Whether you’re in a style rut or figuring out how to show up as your full self, this one’s for you.

In this episode, we explore what it truly means to be present in the different roles we play in life—as parents, friends, partners, and creative professionals. Ever feel like conflict arises out of nowhere? It might not be about the argument itself but about the roles we’re playing—or not playing. Whether as a parent, partner, friend, or professional, we all shift between different identities. When expectations don’t match reality, misalignment creates tension. In this episode, we explore how stepping into (or out of) our roles impacts relationships, communication, and inner harmony—and what we can do to navigate these shifts with more awareness and intention. What if therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, but about understanding yourself more deeply? In this episode, I share my personal therapy journey—what I’ve learned, how it’s shaped me, and why self-awareness is the key to transformation. We’ll explore different types of therapy, from trauma-focused approaches and holistic modalities to Polyvagal Theory and TRE. I’ll also dive into how the subconscious mind holds onto patterns, the role of brain states in kids vs. adults, and how tools like Non-Violent Communication can help us express our needs clearly. Plus, insights from the Andrew Huberman podcast series with Dr. Paul Conti and must-read books on emotions and trauma in the body. Therapy is like a personal trainer for your mind—it helps you strengthen awareness, process emotions, and build resilience over time. Asking for support isn’t a sign of weakness, but a courageous step toward understanding yourself and breaking unconscious patterns. Growth takes patience, and integration doesn’t happen overnight. But every session, every insight, and every moment of self-reflection is a step toward healing, balance, and a more grounded, empowered you. Find out WHY I am recommending Earthing to nearly everyone I talk to! If you've been wondering what Earthing and Grounding are, I've got some answers for you. I recently came across the book "Earthing: The most important health discovery ever!" by Clinton Ober and it significantly cleared things up for me. Here we talk about what the differences are between the two, the alternative medicine approach versus grounding by connecting to the earth (ideally through the K1 point in your foot, "growing a root" and the idea of Earth Qi). Specifically, we talk about how Earth's electrons are the best antioxidant to reduce inflammation for a modern world struggling with chronic inflammation and the conditions it may lead to. Note: I am not a medical professional and you should go to your health care practitioner for any medical changes. If you are on blood thinning medication, talk to your doctor first as there is evidence that grounding/earthing has a blood thinning effect.
