Indeed, maybe you’re building your practice with grit and duct tape. Fortunately, you’re not alone.

Specifically, this week, on "Beauty and the Biz," I interviewed Dr. George Bitar.

Furthermore, he is a board-certified plastic surgeon who grew up in war-torn Lebanon. Remarkably, starting with only $10,000 and a single exam room, Dr. Bitar built one of Virginia’s most respected plastic surgery brands.

To summarize, today, his premium practice includes:

  • First, a 6,500-square-foot surgery center with two operating rooms and in-house anesthesia

  • Second, a 3,500-square-foot medspa and wellness center

  • Third, more than 25 team members across two locations

Interestingly, during our conversation, we discussed the leadership and business choices that fueled his growth, including:

  • Primarily, why he turns away 25% of consultations to protect his brand

  • Additionally, how he builds loyalty by promoting from within
