Open a new tome and behold! The last of the "Year of Chaos" celebration - the final Astartes Chaos Cult faction is here, and we are reviewing it. Jonny helms this arcane expedition, with Joshy beside, taking notes.

The Thousand Sons are Dust. Quite literally - in the time of the Horus Heresy, Ahriman would conduct a ritual to save the legion from mutation, only to turn almost all of them into animated suits of armour, shepherded by the many sorcerers spared. This is the legion of Magnus the Red, the most psychically gifted of all the primarchs, so you know that means this legion has tricks up their clanky sleeves.

With a playstyle emphasising smaller units of marines firing infernal bolts of armour-piercing might, and sorcerers casting deadly spells, the Thousand Sons control the battlefield like nobody else. This codex offers five ways to play this force, from braying mutant skirmishers to the literal fate-daemons of the immaterium, the Chaos God Tzeentch has you covered.

So, polish your armour, the boys are reviewing our newest relic.

By day, Joshy is a therapist; by night, he's an RPG aficionado who grew up on (not-so) Final Fantasies and crafting his own Dungeons & Dragons worlds. Jonny, a technician, spends his downtime conquering more video games than Joshy can keep track of.
