And now to today’s conversation.

There’s a new term in the longevity space and it’s “Strengthspan”.

Today we’re thrilled to have Tuire Karaharju-Huisman with us to talk all things Strengthspan and Positive Ageing. Tuire is a highly experienced physiotherapist and exercise physiologist whose career has spanned multiple continents and diverse areas of research and clinical practice.

Originally from Finland and now living in Melbourne, Tuire has spent over a decade as an academic lecturer and today is the Research Lead at HUR Australia where she now designs exercise programs and educates both staff and community members in aged care and beyond.

We mention a number of cool resources on this episode –
