In this first episode Julia and Giles talk about why they wanted to start A Little Bit of Positive and have a chat with Iceland's managing director Richard Walker. Iceland is one of the most successful food retailers in the UK with nearly 1,000 stores across the country and a turnover of more than £150m, but Richard is surprisingly down to earth and ethical.
