On this episode of Exit The Drinking Life Podcast, I talk about how your common thought patterns are sabotaging your success with getting out of the toxic drinking cycle. It’s easy to fall into negative thought patterns, but there’s one word to avoid that can help change that.

The way you think about yourself and talk to yourself dictates how you are. Sometimes, I know we find ourselves in a rut where it seems it’s impossible to change your thoughts. But it’s a practice pattern, meaning that when you do it so much, it becomes normal. Once you know the one word to change, your EXIT will become that much easier.

You’ve already embodied the EXIT mentality in other aspects of your life, and if you can do that with what you’ve already achieved, imagine how you can apply that to finally getting out of the cycle and knowing that you can achieve the impossible with exiting the drinking life.
