In today’s episode, we’re going beyond the basics of falling asleep and staying asleep. We’re going to address a common and particularly frustrating issue—those nights when you wake up in the middle of the night and find yourself unable to get back to sleep. It’s a problem that can leave you feeling exhausted and stressed, which in turn makes it even harder to get the rest you need.

Let’s start by acknowledging that stress, anxiety, and overthinking are major culprits when it comes to sleep disturbances. When our minds are racing, it’s tough to quiet them down and drift off. But don’t worry, we’re going to break down the challenges and offer practical solutions to help you regain control over your sleep.

Special bonus guided hypnosis track to walk you though the steps I describe in the podcast. See Episode 22.
