My friend asked me to do a podcast episode on my routines. Routines have always been a sore spot for me, I have always wanted to be a routine girly, but was never able to stick to any no matter how magical they sounded. I listened to every podcast episode where people spoke about their 12 step morning routine that made them so successful. It all sounded great, but for some reason I always struggled. At some point I realized that all of the content out there about developing routines is meant for the type A’s of the world. And for me (a self proclaimed type Z), that way of implementing routines didn’t make sense. So this episode is for the Type Z’s of the world (not even type B lol), who need a way of creating routines that makes sense for them.

Dear Mish,

I would like to know your routines. Like how the hell do you get so much stuff done in one day? I want to know what goes on in your brain and how you handle your cool. You probably get like 5000 texts and emails a day, so how do you keep it all together? What do your AM and PM routines look like? You seem like you have it all together, what is your secret.
Definitely don’t have it all together, but I have it more together then I used to!

*cracks knuckles* let's dive in!
