Today, we’re diving into a topic that I know so many of you can relate to: friendships and relationships in midlife.

As we navigate this phase of life, our friendships can feel a little…off. Maybe you’ve drifted apart from long-time friends, or perhaps you’re struggling to make new ones. And let’s not even get started on romantic relationships—empty nest syndrome, anyone?

Relationships, whether with friends or partners, require intentional effort, especially during midlife when everything seems to be shifting. Today, I’m going to share some insights into why relationships can feel awkward or disconnected, how to deepen connections with your friends and partner, and specific ways to rebuild and strengthen those bonds.

Plus, I’ll introduce my Reconnecting With Your Partner After Kids workshop, which is designed to help empty nesters rekindle their relationship and navigate this new chapter of life.
