Today, we’re focusing on something that often feels out of reach after a major life change or loss: rediscovering joy.

When we go through something life-altering—whether it’s the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or any significant change—it’s easy to get lost in sadness, loneliness, and even confusion about what comes next. Trust me, I’ve been there. After my son and son-in-law passed away in 2021, I didn’t think I’d ever feel real joy again. And when I got divorced, I certainly didn’t see any joy in my future.

But here’s the truth: joy is still possible. It doesn’t happen overnight, and it requires intention, but it’s absolutely within reach. In today’s episode, I’ll talk about the feelings that come with loss or change, how to take small steps to rediscover joy, and how practices like journaling and self-reflection can help guide you.

As always, I’ll leave you with inspiration, motivation, and actionable ideas to help you take those first steps.
