For a pregnancy and motherhood podcast, I think its time we talk about vaginas. They’ve been through a LOT. They go through so much in pregnancy and birth, and to be honest, we don’t talk about them enough OR give them the TLC they deserve. This week, Sarah is joined by none other than The Vagina Whisperer herself—Dr. Sara Reardon, a board-certified pelvic floor physical therapist, mom of two, and author of the upcoming book Floored: A Woman’s Guide to Pelvic Floor Health at Every Age & Stage, hitting shelves this June.

In this episode we'll dive into what you can do during pregnancy and birth to help prevent tearing and protect your pelvic floor, as well as common postpartum issues—whether you delivered vaginally or via C-section. From healing tips to things no one talks about, this conversation is packed with real talk, expert advice, and a whole lot more.
