In today's episode, Brock & Brad discuss 10 common Broscience myths around nutrition and training.

They explain where they came from, the slither of truth in them and whether or not you need to waste your time on them.

The Broscience Myths are:

  1. Anabolic window = “maximise gains”
  2. Don’t eat after 6 = “promotes fat storage”
  3. Switch from steak to fish when cutting = “thins the skin”
  4. Eat small meals regularly = “stoke metabolic fire”
  5. Cut carbs to lose fat = “because carbs make you fat”
  6. Cheat meals = “resensitise hunger hormones & fight metabolic adaptation”
  7. Fasted cardio = “burns more fat”
  8. No pain, No gain = “train hard and through pain”
  9. More sweat = “more fat loss”
  10. Fat burning zone for cardio = “more fat loss”
