If you’re taking the time to do a survey, optimize it as a tool for engagement, and belonging. By being thoughtful about the language of the survey itself, having clear and results oriented communication about how the data will be used, it sets up an empowered relationship with all employees, and creates a sense of ownership because it’s tied to a result.
