Reid Pannill’s career began in the trenches—literally. After graduating from Lander University, he started out digging ditches as a Fluor contractor, despite holding a college degree. As an eager young professional, he navigated contract work, spent years climbing the ranks at Fluor, and even took a bold entrepreneurial detour—successfully launching and selling two companies. Eventually, he returned to Fluor, rising to the role of Vice President and Group Executive before retiring. Reid’s journey is a testament to grit, perseverance, and the power of betting on yourself.
