Dr. Stella Iwuagwu, a public health professional and founder of the Center for the Right to Health, a Nigerian-based nonprofit organization, shares her personal journey of transforming her health through sustainable gardening and organic farming after experiencing a spinal cord injury. She discusses the health challenges faced in Nigeria due to poor diet and environmental pollution, and how she initiated a sustainable demonstration farm to address these issues.
