Hey World! In this episode I share with you how from my experience being grateful gave me a more positive outlook upon life. How expressing my gratitude changed how I was feeling, from negative emotions to positive emotions. I also share with you a few studies on how gratitude affects and improves our mental health. I have a lot to be grateful for. In this episode I share with you how going through adversity with gratitude instead of looking at the adversity helped shape my character and connection with God. Yes, I also share one journal entry with you from my gratitude journal. Let's walk together as we clear the wreckage of complaining and looking at the negative to relishing in the positive by being grateful and expressing our gratitude.
