In this episode, Angie and Shelby discuss Shelby's transformation journey through the Angie Method! Shelby, a 34-year-old mom from the Chicagoland area, joined the program 21 weeks ago, inspired by a friend's success. She had always been active and athletic but lacked a structured approach to her nutrition.
